Somatic Yoga for Moms

$25 per class Purchase required to enroll
This class helps you increase mobility ease, integrity in your body while staying connected to your alignment. We’ll focus on areas that often need extra care in the bodies of women and mom’s—addressing tightness or weakness in the hips, chest, shoulders, or back—through gentle yet effective movement, breath practices and somatic awareness.

Please bring a mat, if you need to borrow one, please bring grip socks.

Classes on March 8th at 2pm & March 22nd at 12:30pm.

Taught by Padma Borrego.

Padma is a seasoned yoga and movement therapist, an advanced bodyworker in the field of Structural Integration/Rolfing, and a skilled energy healer. She is committed to transforming the way we connect with our bodies and experience life. Through hands-on work and movement-based practices, she guides women dealing with chronic pain, injuries, or chronic conditions to rediscover vitality and resilience within their being, helping them reconnect with their bodies and the vital force they embody while meeting challenges with grace.
