INTRO Trio 3 pass $90 • 3 visits • The New Client Intro 3 Class Pass includes visits to 3 specific classes:

- FOUNDATIONS
- PELVIC HEALTH I
- SHOULDER HEALTH I

FOUNDATIONS is offered throughout the week, and the health classes rotate on Tuesdays at 12:30pm. Shoulder Health 1 is also offered weekly on Wednesdays at 5:30pm.
4 REFORMER Class pass $145 • 4 visits • 4 REFORMER Class pass can be used for all Reformer group classes.
Expires 1 year after purchase.

8 REFORMER Class pass $275 • 8 visits • 8 REFORMER Class pass can be used for all Reformer group classes.
Expires 1 year after purchase.
Plans
4x month REFORMER membership $130 every month • 4 visits per Month • - A 12-hour cancellation is required via the Pike 13 app or logging in at monarchpilates.com (not through email or phone call).
- Late cancels will be deducted from a current pass or plan. The single class price will be charged if no plan is available.
- Classes do not rollover.
- Plan does not cover the 5th week of applicable months.
- All clients authorize Monarch Pilates to keep a credit card on file.
- Waitlist students will be automatically enrolled up to 4 hours prior to class.
- Please cancel waitlist requests should you no longer be able to attend.
- Members have access to Bulk (on-going) enrollment for classes. Contact the studio for bulk enrollment.
- 30 day notice for cancellations.

8x month REFORMER membership $240 every month • 8 visits per Month • - The 8x month REFORMER class membership plan allows for attendance in 8 classes per a month.

A full body workout with focus on pelvic floor strength and flexibility. This class focuses on pelvic alignment and muscle integration to create a healthier, more stable foundation of movement.

PELVIC HEALTH I- Identify and understand the the muscles that impact healthy pelvic movement. Learn how to release tight and superficial muscles so that the deep pelvic floor and core can find natural strength and length in your body.
