POWER Reformer Class

The POWER Reformer class brings together Pilates Principles and weights to increase strength. The class teaches awareness of form and control and provides level options to best meet your strength. This class is great for anyone who would like to improve form for weight lifting or looking for a safe class to improve upper and lower body strength and function.

PREREQUISITE: This class is appropriate for students with Reformer experience. SHOULDER HEALTH class or Private lessons are recommended for new students prior to joining a POWER class. Students with acute injuries are required to do a PILATES ASSESSMENT prior to joining the class.
