PROGRESSIONS Reformer Class

Layer progressions onto the basic exercises to deepen your workout. This class teaches students how to advance the exercises while staying true to form and integrity. Appropriate for students who understand the foundations and are ready to increase the challenge.

All classes include benefits for specific needs. Private lessons prior and/or accompanying group classes will best assist with awareness for scoliosis, sport specific goals, and injury prevention. All acute injuries require an assessment prior to joining a group class.
