Terms and conditions for 16x month REFORMER membership

- The monthly Reformer Membership plan allows attendance to 16 classes in a month.

- Classes do not rollover.

- Memberships can be increased at any time.

- Purchase of a Class Pass or Single class is required for months that offer more than 4 weeks of classes.

- A 12 hour cancellation is required for class attendance via the Pike 13 app or logging in at monarchpilates.com or you will be deducted a class visit.

- Please do not cancel class through e-mail or a phone call.

- Members have access to on-going enrollment for classes.

- Auto renewal is charged on the date first purchased.

- 30 day notice for membership cancellations.

- Renewal date and Visits remaining can be viewed on the Pike 13 app.
