Student teachers will guide you through a reformer workout tailored to your specific goals and challenges. Learn the foundations of Pilates while improving form and strength. These lessons are a fabulous supplement to your on going group class or path to starting your Pilates program. Limited Availability while Student teachers complete required hours.
