Physical Therapy EVALUATION

The Physical Therapy Evaluation is with a Pilates trained Certified Physical Therapist.

An Evaluation is required before booking ongoing PT & Pilates sessions.

Specialties include lumbo-pelvic and cervico-thoracic injuries such as stenosis, degenerative disc disease, spondylosis, hyper mobility, scoliosis, sciatica and nerve root impingement.

Pilates & Physical Therapy Treatment Techniques Can Include:

• Manual therapy
• Soft tissue mobilization and deep tissue massage
• Neuro-muscular reeducation
• Postural strengthening
• Core stabilization training
• Therapeutic Stretching and strengthening
• Pelvic floor re-education

Insurance reimbursement for Physical Therapy available dependent on individual plans. Private insurance can reimburse a certain percentage of physical therapy patient fees depending on plans. Please consult your Insurance company. Pilates sessions taught by certified pilates teachers instead of a physical therapist are not reimbursable by insurance.
