The SCOLIOSIS Assessment is a 50 minute introduction session with Laura Ely, a Level 2 ScolioPilates Instructor. You will explore using wedges with personalized strategy and support, learn how to find comfort in your spine and practice specific exercises to manage your curves. At the end of the assessment you will discuss a program design with suggestions for which instructor, class or service will help you meet your personal goals.
