An APPRENTICE session is a 50 minute private lesson with a teacher in training.
The first session includes a movement evaluation and core education.
Your teacher will design a Pilates program based on the evaluation including home exercises and a personalized workout on the pilates equipment.
All Apprentice teachers are mentored by senior instructors.
Students with acute or complex injuries are required to do an Assessment prior to beginning APPRENTICE sessions.
