4 REFORMER Class pass $145 • 4 visits • 4 REFORMER Class pass can be used for all Reformer group classes.
Expires 1 year after purchase.

8 REFORMER Class pass $275 • 8 visits • 8 REFORMER Class pass can be used for all Reformer group classes.
Expires 1 year after purchase.
Plans
4x month REFORMER membership $130 every month • 4 visits per Month • - A 12-hour cancellation is required via the Pike 13 app or logging in at monarchpilates.com (not through email or phone call).
- Late cancels will be deducted from a current pass or plan. The single class price will be charged if no plan is available.
- Classes do not rollover.
- Plan does not cover the 5th week of applicable months.
- All clients authorize Monarch Pilates to keep a credit card on file.
- Waitlist students will be automatically enrolled up to 4 hours prior to class.
- Please cancel waitlist requests should you no longer be able to attend.
- Members have access to Bulk (on-going) enrollment for classes. Contact the studio for bulk enrollment.
- 30 day notice for cancellations.

8x month REFORMER membership $240 every month • 8 visits per Month • - The 8x month REFORMER class membership plan allows for attendance in 8 classes per a month.

November Schedule:
    •  Mon. 10/28, 11/4, 11/11 10:30am Routine with Nakisa

      • Progressions level workout that will follow the same Routine each class so you can focus on form as the movements become second nature.

    • Mon. 11/11 1:30pm Low Back Health with Lani

      • LOW BACK HEALTH Reformer class offers a safe workout with care to common low back injuries, pathologies and strains.

      • A PILATES ASSESSMENT or PHYSICAL THERAPY + Pilates EVALUATION required prior to class if you are currently experiencing acute pain.

    • Tues. 11/12 9:30am POWER with Megan

      • Work with weights to feel your POWER.

    • Tues. 11/19 5:30pm POWER with Cat

      • Evening class! Work with weights to feel your POWER.
