How do you feel good after a workout instead of achy?

Learn the foundations of Pilates and strategies to improve functional movement.
The 3 part series will teach you how awareness of breath, alignment and integration can make your body feel lighter and stronger after exercise. The class will prepare you to attend the PROGRESSIONS Reformer class.

Series options:

Thursdays 10:45AM - November 10th, 17th, & December 1st
Mondays 6:30PM - December 5th, 12th, & 19th
Wednesdays 6:30AM - December 7th, 14th, & 21st
